The remote document acceptance function replaces the physical signature on the paper document by the recipients on all occasions requiring delivery certification. It is possible to mass-send documents to a list of recipients and track their delivery. For documents generated in the service, the system proposes the list of recipients based on the information entered in the project. Failed deliveries and the resending of documents even to single recipients are managed.

The Artificial Intelligence (GénIA) integrated into the service provides the user with multi-level support: from the generation of descriptive text to the provision of structured information sets, from the search for regulatory bases to much more complex functions. Among the latter, notable ones include: the global analysis of a business and the subsequent construction of the entire privacy project, the execution of risk analyses according to ISO 27000 standards, the execution of DPIAs, and the identification of individual processing activities from a term or summary description.
