From March 15, 2023, the distribution of the new version of Privacy Evo began: the evolution of the market-leading software in Italy for privacy management.
Fully compliant with EU Regulation 2016/679, its logical structure has been completely renewed along with the functions that make it a tool capable of easily responding to the obligations that the GDPR imposes on Consultants, DPOs, Companies, Professionals, and Public Administrations.

The previous version was already able to support all subjects belonging to the privacy world during the two-year transitional period envisaged by the GDPR, allowing them to profitably use the moratorium on sanctions established by the National Supervisory Authority to adapt all procedures related to the European regulation on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and properly comply with the required provisions.
National legislation, which aligns the rules to the principles of the GDPR, constituted the final piece of an ultra-decennial process. No one is left alone to extricate themselves from the obligations of the new legislation: for consultants, data protection officers (DPOs), data controllers: with Privacy Evo, privacy management is easy and safe.
